Program in Bundi district under Vande Ganga Water Conservation Campaign of Rajasthan Government

Bundi, Rajasthan : Under the leadership of former Minister Babulal Verma, various public awareness programs were organized in the Lakheri subdivision as part of the Vande Ganga Water Conservation Campaign. During this, the public was made aware of the importance of water, sworn in to conserve it, and water sources were cleaned.

The Lakheri Municipal Corporation launched the campaign from Swami Vivekananda Park. The statue of Swami Vivekananda was cleaned and garlanded by the former Minister. Following this, all citizens present were made to pledge to conserve water under the “Vande Ganga Water Conservation Public Campaign 2026.”

Message of water and environmental conservation by organizing a bicycle rally

A massive bicycle rally was organized in Bundi on Sunday under the joint auspices of the District Administration and the District Sports Training Center as part of the Vande Ganga Water Conservation Public Campaign 2026. The rally conveyed the message of water conservation, environmental protection, fuel savings, and a healthy lifestyle to the city residents.

Cycle Rally Organized in Baranayagaon

The Ashok Nagar (Bara Nayagaon) Youth Club, supported by the Mera Yuva Bharat Kendra, Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India, organized a cycle rally on Sunday. A large number of youth participated in the event, spreading the message of water conservation and environmental protection through the cycle rally. Kamal Saini, President of Mera Yuva Mandal, Ashok Nagar, presided over the event.

Guests at the event included teachers Ramnarayan Kahar, Prem Shankar Kahar, and Brajmohan Sharma of JVVNL. The guests flagged off the cycle rally. A cycle race was also held, in which Bhola Shankar came first, Hrithik Kumawat second, and Vinod third. The guests honored the winning participants with certificates.
