‘Fit India Cycle Rally’ on International Bicycle Day by My Bharat Kendra, Karauli

Karauli, Rajasthan : The My Bharat Centre, Karauli, under the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India, organized a “Fit India Cycle Rally” on the occasion of International Bicycle Day. The rally spread the message of adopting cycling as part of one’s daily routine and being aware of Fit India and environmental protection.

Launched from Circuit House:

The cycle rally began in the morning at Circuit House, Karauli, with the chief guests, BJP officials Pushpendra Singh, Uttam Singh Jadon, and Deputy Director Pankaj Yadav, flagging it off. Students from various government and private colleges in the district, My India volunteers, and youth wing members participated enthusiastically in the rally. The rally, which continued along the route, carried placards carrying messages of fitness and environmental awareness.

A Unique Message of Health and Environment:

Addressing the youth present on this occasion, Pankaj Yadav, Deputy Director of the My Bharat Center, said that cycling is not only an excellent exercise for our physical and mental health in modern lifestyles, but it also contributes significantly to building a pollution-free India and saving fuel. He stated that such programs will be organized regularly to promote cycling and fitness in Karauli district.

Youth pledge to incorporate cycling into their daily routine:

During the rally, the message of making Karauli a fit and healthy Karauli was conveyed through the slogans “Fit India – Hit India” and “Clean India – Healthy India.” At the rally’s conclusion, snacks and certificates were distributed to all participating students, and the youth present were made to pledge to make cycling a part of their daily routine.

Youth Center Accounts Officer Anshu Agarwal, Program Assistant Nehru Lal, and a large number of volunteers were present on this occasion.
