EWS reservation should be implemented in Panchayat Raj elections, Kshatriya community should get proper representation: Shakti Singh Bandikui
Karauli, Rajasthan : Speaking to reporters in Karauli today, Shakti Singh Bandikui, the main leader of the Samajik Ekta Manch, said that the continued political neglect of the Kshatriya community in eastern Rajasthan is unacceptable to any political party.
He stated that in the upcoming Panchayat Raj and local body elections, the Economically Weaker Section (EWS) should be granted reservation benefits in accordance with the Constitution’s right to equality, and the Kshatriya community should receive appropriate representation commensurate with its population and social influence.

Shakti Bandikui stated that thousands of Kshatriya community members from ten districts of eastern Rajasthan recently united in Kherli, Alwar district, to raise their voices in support of this demand. Discussing youth education and employment, Bandikui stated that the United Global Peace Foundation (UGPF) is providing comprehensive support to economically disadvantaged but talented students from all sections of society across the state to pursue higher education and prepare for competitive examinations.
He added that the Foundation is providing free coaching and hostel facilities in Jaipur to 1,000 students preparing for administrative services.
He added that under the guidance of UGPF Chairman Meghraj Singh Royal, 100 youth have been enrolled in prestigious hotel management and technical training programs. During the training period, the youth are also provided financial assistance packages of up to 25,000 rupees per month, enabling them to move towards self-reliance.
