Sikar News: More than 50 vehicles were challaned and several vehicles were seized.

Sikar, Rajasthan : The Transport Department and the Police Department jointly launched a special campaign on Thursday, taking action against vehicles violating traffic rules. During the campaign, more than 50 vehicles were challaned, and modified vehicles, vehicles equipped with pressure horns, vehicles operating without fitness standards, overloaded vehicles, and vehicles with outstanding taxes were seized.

During the campaign, Sadar Police Station in-charge Indraj Marodia and the District Transport Officer’s team jointly conducted the campaign in the morning. Two tractors and two buses were seized.

In the evening, a special inspection campaign was conducted at Nani Circle under the leadership of City Traffic In-charge Krishnakant Dhankhar and District Transport Officer Tarachand Banjara. During the campaign, vehicles violating traffic rules were inspected and action was taken against them as per the rules.

District Transport Officer Tarachand Banjara stated that such actions will continue to ensure road safety and smooth traffic flow. Vehicle operators have been urged to adhere to traffic rules and operate vehicles with valid documents.
